START PLANNING YOUR NEW YEAR'S EVE BASH FOR 2010-2011 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico NOW. We have "Two" ~ 2 bedroom units booked for New Year's Eve. They are $2200 each. Take both and take 12 people for a New Year's Holiday/Vacation. Take both and Have a FAMILY REUNION. Take both and get a 10% Discount.
** Will SAMMY HAGAR be at HIS bar "CABO WABO" this News Years Eve?** He is known for playing at his bar in Cabo San Lucas. Yor are less than 5 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. A lot of people walk to downtown from this Resort.
This Resort and
Spa is on the Medano Beach. Step right onto the beach from this Resort.
Medano Beach is the ONLY safe swimming beach in Cabo San Lucas. There
are only a few resorts on Medano Beach. This is where all the daytime
activities happen in Cabo San Lucas, such as Parasailing, Waverunners,
Kayaking, Banana Boats, Glass Bottom Boats, Trips to Lover's Beach and
The Arch, Beach Vollyball, Horseback Riding on the beach. It is also
where a lot of people come to have dinner on the beach and watch the
sunset.
Cabo is known as
the jewel of the Baja Peninsula. These are our Holiday timeshares we
are renting. We are unable to go this year. There is a New Desert Spa
that just opened at Del Arco. The sister Resort next door. DVD
& VHS servive is available, there is also an internet Cafe. In
room internet is available for a daily charge. Also full laundry
facilities on premises.
What makes this
resort is there are two areas with pools you can relax at. The Villa
del Palmar pools are very loud during the day. With lots of Pool
Activities and loud music. The "Whale Slide" is a large attraction.
Next door is Del Arco a much quieter, slower resort just for relaxing
and enjoying the sun and pool. Then there is the beach. This is truly
the best of both worlds.
The Resort or Vacation services price of these units for this week was almost double when we checked.
Vacation Rental
Rates $2200 each week. E-bay will be used for payment to protect renter
and us.

Reservation will be transferred to you and a written email confirmation
will be issued by Villa del Palmar. Also a Guest Certificate will be
issued in your name by Villa del Palmar. We have references. YOU DO NOT
HAVE TO DO ANY TIMESHARE PRESENTATION .
